Description:

These are Tone Kraft 0.195" dia. sand cast vintage bevel Alnico 2 magnets similar to the ones found in vintage pickups from the '50s. (Non-Magnetized)

Characteristics:

Alnico 2 produces warm and very vintage sounding tones. In the order of magnetic strength, Alnico 2 is actually in the middle when compared to Alnico 3 and Alnico 5 rod magnets. Alnico 2 magnets were used in the earliest Telecaster guitars of the 1950's.
