TELECASTER BRIDGE/TELE BASS/JAGUAR STYLE PICKUP DEPTH TOOL AND TEMPLATE

This kit comes with all 3 templates: Telecaster Bridge, Tele Bass and Jaguar

Due to demand, Tone Kraft is now offering pickup bobbin tooling using our simple patent pending process. This is our economical approach to pickup construction and tooling for the smaller shop who desires a consistent and efficient way of bobbin production and custom design. This method eliminates the need for less effective, inconsistent and cumbersome tools and works perfectly with our flatwork and rod magnets. This tooling method is also ideal for proto-types and custom pickup design!

Pickup depth tool sets available: 

• Stratocaster® - Telecaster® Bridge - Telecaster® Neck - P90 (Alnico Style) - Jaguar® - Mustang®/Duo-Sonic® - Jazzmaster® - Jazz Bass - Tele Bass - Custom

Each kit includes the following:

• Depth tool milled to the thickness of 0.470 in. window height 
• Depth tools are made from high impact and wear resistant material that does not shrink or expand like many other materials
• Forbon template provided that is used during the process to ensure a perfectly flat and square fit
• An "optional" clear acrylic press tool for easy visual when pressing your top flat
• An "optional" 3/8" inch stainless steel pin that will fit any arbor equipped with a standard 3/8" ram bore. Perfect for top setting of rod magnets into the bottom flat

Other Recommended Equipment:

• 1 ton arbor with 3/8" ram bore (eg: JET AP-1 1 Ton Arbor Press) Be sure to square your Arbor Ram with your steel plate work surface for best results
• 6 X 6 X 3/8 steel plate

*Important Note: Be sure to request to have your eyelets shipped loose and not installed when ordering your flatwork for best results. Eyelets can be easily installed when your bobbin is complete without any tooling required.
